Here are two important SAT words from recent tests: INDIGNANT means feeling or showing anger because of something unjust or unworthy. For example, voters were INDIGNANT about the politician's broken campaign promises. CYNICAL means believing that people are motivated purely by self-interest. For example, the senator took a CYNICAL view of his opponent's motives for supporting the popular bill. Both words appeared on recent SAT tests, so be sure to know them!
